Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7-14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging intact).
- Returns/exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact customer support (whatsapp/facebook messenger) with your order number and issue.
- Provide clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (processing may take 5-10 business days).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
- If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement after receiving your return.
- If the item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Customized or altered items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
