Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7-14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging intact).
  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact customer support (whatsapp/facebook messenger) with your order number and issue.
  • Provide clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (processing may take 5-10 business days).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement after receiving your return.
  • If the item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items.
  • Customized or altered items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
